REVITALIZATION OF A Shunting yard
housing

The density of western cities is increasing rapidly and at the same time people are becoming increasingly isolated and often lonely in the large metropolises. Therefore, the goal was to create a place where many people could live together.
There will be private rooms for retreat and relaxation, which are located inside the building, protected by the existing building.
In addition, many communal spaces will be created for meeting and exchanging ideas.

The area will be gradually built up in several construction phases and the center of the former shunting yard will become the center and meeting point for shared life.

A residential community is being built over three floors, with larger apartments for families and also smaller apartments that are affordable for everyone.
